The Experience
What is 'Dexter: The Experience?'
Paramount+ presents Dexter: The Experience, a free immersive journey through themed rooms, each inspired by iconic moments from the entire Dexter series.
What can I expect at the experience?
Expect to be fully immersed in the mind of your favourite vigilante serial killer as you take on the role of his Dark Passenger. Relive Dexter's darkest memories as you work in teams to solve puzzles and play interactive games, meeting familiar faces along the way. Capture unforgettable moments at the photo ops throughout the experience, enjoy Dexter-themed drinks at the Cuban Bar, and prepare to get a glimpse of what lies in Dexter's future, ahead of the premiere of DEXTER: RESURRECTION, available to stream on Paramount+ from July 11. Please note, Dexter: The Experience features violent scenes and references, flashing lights, loud noises, and is suitable for an 18+ audience only.
When is the experience?
The experience is open from 10th-13th July, with sessions every 15 minutes between 3pm and 11pm daily. The last entry is at 9pm.
Where can I watch episodes of Dexter to get ready for Dexter: The Experience?
All previous seasons of DEXTER, DEXTER: ORIGINAL SIN and DEXTER: NEW BLOOD are now available to watch on Paramount+. And catch the premiere of DEXTER: RESURRECTION streaming on July 11 on Paramount+.
What's the capacity of each session?
Groups of 12 people at a time will be walking through the experience.
Is there an age requirement for the experience?
All guests must be 18 years old or older to attend. IDs will be checked on the door.
How much does it cost?
The experience is completely free!
What happens if I arrive late?
This is a timed experience, and entry is only permitted at the time stated on your ticket. Late arrivals will not be admitted at their designated time, so we advise arriving at least 15 minutes early. While there is a stand-by queue for potential no-shows, entry from this line is not guaranteed.
Can I use my phone during the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them to your socials. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and refrain from using your flash. Please note that equipment, such as light & selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted.
How long does the experience last?
40 minutes. You are then welcome to spend as much time as you wish at the onsite bar at the end of the experience.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your allotted start time to avoid forefitting your space for a walk-in guest.
Tickets
How do I get a ticket?
You must sign up to the Waitlist for a chance to get a ticket. The Waitlist will be your exclusive entry point when tickets are released.
How do I know I've successfully been added to the Waitlist?
You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that you're on the Waitlist and confirming the date and time that tickets will be released.
Does being on the Waitlist guarantee me a ticket?
We expect demand for tickets to be much greater than the capacity of the event, so there will not be a guaranteed ticket for everyone on the Waitlist. Tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis.
What happens when tickets are released?
All guests on the Waitlist will receive an email with a link to the plan on Fever as soon as it launches at 12pm on June 24th. We expect the tickets to run out very quickly, so you'll need to act fast to be in with a chance of securing tickets!
How will I know I've been successful in securing a ticket(s)?
You'll receive a purchase confirmation email containing your tickets.
I didn't manage to reserve a ticket - can I walk in on the day?
We'll operate a queuing system to account for any no shows. If a space becomes available during a session, you'll be permitted to join that session. We can't guarantee that large groups won't be split up, or give an indication of how long your wait time could be.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I make a group booking?
Each guest may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets.
Can I change my ticket?
No return of tickets is permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to secure your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything. You just need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival.
